A CHELSEA OLD TOWN HALL WEDDING IN LONDON | AN INTIMATE WEDDING AT KENSINGTON & CHELSEA OLD TOWN HALL | ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON & CHELSEA WEDDING | LONDON WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
“They are are absolutely stunning!!! We adore them! Thank you for capturing such beautiful images and capturing our day so perfectly”
Effortlessly in sync, quietly playful, and completely present with one another. Charlotte & David’s intimate ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall was shared with only seven of their closest family members, keeping the whole day feeling grounded and meaningful.
Afterwards, we wandered through the streets of Chelsea, letting the textures of the city frame their connection, from grand white-fronted townhouses (Georgian, I think?) to the soft stone tones of side streets and stoops. The weather gave us everything: bright sun, soft cloud, even a little rain, which made for such a satisfying variety in their portraits. London doing what it does best.
They’d chose to stroll to tunes by Tom Misch on the speakers, and the whole thing had this relaxed rhythm to it, calm, joyful, beautifully understated. One of my favourite moments? The two of them having a little dance on Albert Bridge at the end, while we waited for traffic to clear. Worth it.
I planned the portrait route around their appreciation for beautiful architecture and good light, and they gave me complete creative trust, the kind of collaboration that makes me feel so grateful. x
